Late in the third quarter of the Redskins game against the Browns linebacker Su'a Cravens left the field with the team's medical staff. Redskins PR announced that Cravens was being evaluated for a concussion.
Cravens had a big collision on the play that caused his exit; he hit Cleveland RB Isaiah Crowell but was unable to tackle the runner. For the game, Cravens had three tackles, one for loss and a pass defensed.
An impact player in just his rookie season, losing Cravens for an extended time would be a big blow for the struggling Redskins defense. The linebacker recorded the interception late last week to seal Washington's first win against the Giants.
