Bradley Beal became a very, very rich man over the summer. The shooting guard agreed to a five-year, $128 million max contract with the Wizards on July 1.
Some three months later, Beal spent a chunk of that money on a house in McLean, Virginia.
According to the Washingtonian, he spent $3.2 million to purchase a six-bedroom, nine-bathroom "French Provincial-style" mansion this October.
The 11,150-square-foot house doesn't have a pool yet, but is approved to dig one.
It comes with a home theater, gym, outdoor entertaining space with surround sound and a room with bunk beds and a chalk board – team meeting sleepovers, anyone?
He'll join many Washington professional athletes to choose to live in Virginia, where state income taxes are lower than in the District and Maryland.
