Markieff Morris and Paul Millsap play the same position ... sort of. Morris would call himself a true power forward, but he'd say Millsap is more of a stretch-4.
It's hard to miss the dig in that comment. It seems Millsap didn't. The two went at each other from the opening tip of Game 1 between the Wizards and Hawks.
Things got especially physical in the second quarter as Morris literally wrestled with Millsap for the ball. Keef could have easily been called for a personal foul after pinning Millsap to the floor, but officials called a jump ball instead.

In retrospect this might be surprising, but the pair kept the action between the whistles until a few seconds before halftime. Morris shot free throws to cut the defecit to 3 points, after which Millsap walked up to confront him near center-court.
Teammates had to separate the two. You can watch the exchange in the video player above.
As of halftime, Morris had 10 points and three rebounds. Millsap finished the half with 12 points and one rebound.
The second half should be interesting.
