The latest from both locker rooms ahead of Friday's Game 3 between the Wizards and Raptors Friday night.
- Amir Johnson will start for the Raptors in Game 3, replacing Tyler Hansbrough. Hansbrough failed to record a point in Game 2 and doesn't have a rebound in 24 minutes over two games. Johnson is third on Toronto in scoring (14.0) and rebounding (6.5) through two games while shooting 70.6 percent from the field.
- Garrett Temple (hamstring strain) remains sidelined for the Wizards. All the other players are availabe. DeJuan Blair likely joins Temple on the inactive list.
Randy Wittman's hope for his team for Game 3 with a 2-0 lead? "I want our guys to be desperate coming out tonight. Having that mentality coming out right from the start. We've done a pretty gpod job of that the first two games even though we've dropped behind. Our guys have really been in tune right from the start and that's going to be important tonight.
- The Raptors last lost three straight games in a playoff series in 2000 against the New York Knicks. Toronto's 44 road wins over the last two seasons matches Chicago for the most in the Eastern Conference.
Expect to see plenty of red, white and blue t-shirts on your TV tonight as the Wizards organization gave them to fans. Here's what the Verizon Center looked like earlier this afternoon with the shirts placed on seats
