So, it turns out the Dallas Mavericks weren't kidding when they said Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo would suit up in uniform on Tuesday night.
Sure enough, the now-retired signal caller participated in warmups, pregame starting lineups and sat near the bench with owner Mark Cuban while decked out in full Mavs gear.
It turns out Romo isn't bad at basketball. He showed off some of his skills throughout the night.

The Mavs were able to make the most of this by selling Romo merchandise at the game. And, believe it or not, it sold out quickly:
