Go ahead and add this one to the list of injuries caused by athletes suffering injuries that were highly avoidable. On Thursday night, Oklahoma City Thunder center Enes Kanter punched a chair on OKC bench in frustration and ended up with a broken forearm.

That had to hurt his arm and his ego. It is one of the more embarrasing ways to injure yourself that you will see. It may not be as bad as Gus Frerotte head-butting a wall, but it's pretty bad.

Usually these stories involving punching a locker where cameras can't capture it. But Kanter managed to hurt himself out in plain view.
