Game 6 was ugly. It was a slog. But it didn't lack a dramatic ending.
After scraping and clawing to get back in the game, John Wall gave the Wizards a 87-86 with 41.2 seconds to go thanks to a pair of foul shots.
Avery Bradley came off a screen on the other end to hit a 3-pointer giving the Celtics a 89-87 lead. But Bradley Beal responded with a jumper to tie it up 89-89. Al Horford gave the Celtics the lead with under 10 seconds left with a bank shot from the corner.
So, just like Paul Pierce against the Hawks in 2014, the Wizards had a chance to extend the series, and the season.
Then John Wall had his superstar moment, drilling a deep 3-pointer with 3.5 seconds left.
