The Wizards' final predraft workout is set for Wednesday at the Verizon Center and the official list of players has been revealed.
Once again there are six playres. This time the group is highlighted by a local guy, JeQuan Lewis of VCU.
Here is the full list:
Troy Caupain, Jr., SG, Cincinnati (6-4, 205)
Alpha Kaba, PF, Serbia (6-10, 226)
JeQuan Lewis, PG, VCU (6-1, 180)
Tahjere McCall, SG, Tennessee State (6-5, 195)
Hanner Mosquera-Perea, PF, East Tennessee State (6-9, 230)
Jalen Ross, PG, Hartford (5-11, 175)
That list is after two revisions. The Wizards were scheduled to work out Georgetown guard L.J. Peak and UNC forward Isaiah Hicks, as reported by CSN. Peak had to cancel due to a minor groin strain, CSN has learned. It is not clear why Hicks' workout will not happen.
Ross is the son of Wizards executive Frank Ross and has been working out at the Verizon Center this summer, according to Wizards Insider J. Michael.
