The NBA took another look at Markieff Morris ejection from Sunday's game against the Utah Jazz and decided to fine him $25,000. The reason they cite is that he threw "the ball at a game official and into the spectator stands."

Morris had just fouled out on a charge call and tossed the ball in the referee's direction in frustration. It did not hit the official or a fan, but the league determined the throw as an inappropriate act.

Watch the sequence here and see for yourself:

It didn't look like Morris wanted to hit anyone with the ball, but he was clearly frustrated with the call and is now $25,000 lighter in the pockets because of it.
