Despite the Wizards being quite a ways away from the Boston Celtics in the NBA Eastern Conference standings, stars on both sides are now on the same team.
Bradley Beal teamed up with longtime friend fellow St. Louis native Jayson Tatum on Sunday to provide pizza deliveries from their favorite hometown shop to healthcare workers around the city.

They inspired a pizza shop called Imo's to pledge and match their donations, delivering 1,000 pizzas to local hospitals and healthcare facilities, Kelly Imo said in a statement. The two spoke about the initiative and dished on their favorite pizza places in an Instagram Live discussion last week.
Tatum also announced he was partnering up with Feeding America to help provide meals in both Boston and St. Louis.

Beal is just the latest DC athlete to step up during the coronavirus outbreak. He joins Washington Capitals winger Garnet Hathaway, who refocused his "Hath's Heroes" initiative to provide meals to the healthcare community, and Washington Nationals champion Ryan Zimmerman starting a charity along with his wife to do the same.
