How to watch Wizards vs. Nets

The Washington Wizards started off 2021 on a positive note with a complete dismembering of the Minnesota Timberwolves, 130-109 Friday night. The Wizards moved to 1-5 on the season and that win was much needed as their next six games come against upper-echelon playoff competition, starting with Brooklyn Sunday.

Washington fell to the Nets (3-3) in the preseason just a few weeks back, 119-114. Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving combined for 33 points – Bradley Beal and Russell Westbrook didn't participate in the contest.

The Wizards will be looking to get their first victory with both Beal and Westbrook playing alongside each other. Westbrook didn't play in the team's win against Minnesota which was the second night of a back-to-back. Head coach Scott Brooks made it known that Westbrook probably won't participate in night two of back-to-backs, at least in the first half of the season, in an attempt to keep him fresh throughout the year.
