The Washington Wizards are hosting a panel of women in sports prior to the March 8 game against the Miami Heat in celebration of International Women’s Day.

The panel is moderated by NBC Sports Washington’s Julie Donaldson and will take place in the Devil’s Backbone Lounge on the 4th floor of Capital One Arena at 4 p.m.

The panel features various prominent women in sports, such as NBA VP of Diversity and Inclusion Liliahn Majeed and Washington Mystics player Natasha Cloud. Nancy Talaat Hubacher, Washington Redskins VP of Sales, and Carrie Blakenship, University of Maryland’s Senior Associate Athletic Director, will also participate in the panel.

The acknowledgment of International Women’s Day continues beyond the panel as acclaimed opera singer J’Nai Bridges will sing the National Anthem prior to the game.

Ticket packages are available for this event and, in addition to access to the panel, the ticket includes a game ticket, an exclusive International Women’s Day t-shirt, and a Wizards t-shirt.
