Dwight Howard's multi-level, Washington, D.C. penthouse apartment located in a former schoolhouse building is up for sale--and it can be yours for nearly $2.5 million.
Built in 1893, the Pierce School building was transformed into apartments in 2012. Howard's over-10,000 square-foot loft features five bedrooms and four full bathrooms and is impeccably decorated.
Other notable features include a massage room, original hardwood flooring, exposed brick, open-air staircases, and an industrial level kitchen.
Here are a few photos from the Sotheby's listing.
There's just no way Howard's new L.A. pad can live up to his former D.C. penthouse.
