NASCAR clears Vickers, allowing No. 14 to race Daytona
It was announced Brian Vickers would replace Tony Stewart pending medical clearance and executive VP Steve O'Donnell says NASCAR has made the decision to let the No. 14 car compete and Vickers has been cleared.
