NASCAR fines Ky. Busch, Patrick for actions in Fontana

NASCAR has fined and placed both Kyle Busch and Danica Patrick on probation for actions occurring at Fontana. Busch failed to fulfill media obligation while Patrick walked up the track following her crash.
