CSNNE.comBOSTONHere are five thoughts from the third period with the Bruins knotted with the Maple Leafs at a 3-3 score at TD Garden and headed to overtime after the first 60 minutes of play.1)Not a thunderous return to the lineup for Michael Ryder, who has one shot on goal in more than 10 minutes of ice time and didnt look like he was guilty of trying to do too much out there on the ice.2)Zdeno Chara back out on the ice a few minutes into the third period after not starting the final period on the Bs bench. Im going to guess stomach problems for the Big Captain rather than anything serious, but no confirmation on that until after the game.3)Phil Kessel looks like hes over his Bruins-itis, doesnt he? Five points (2 goals, 3 assists) in his last three games against the Bruins including a pair of assists in tonights effort.4)Four shots on net, a plus-1 and a hooking penalty for Steve Kampfer during his 13 plus minutes of ice time in his first game back. He didnt try to do too many things or make any critical mistakes on the ice, so Id say hes working his way back into Claude Juliens good graces.5)Bruins are 3-10 in overtime and the shootouts as theyre headed there against the Leafs. Looks like another game-winner for Kessel written all over it, doesnt it?
