BOSTON -- Drew Pomeranz makes his Red Sox debut tonight, and he'll be facing a familiar foe.
The left-hander, acquired by Boston from the Padres last week, will be facing a former N.L. West foe in the Giants. He's 0-2 in three career starts against them, but has a 2.60 ERA in 17 1/3 innings.
