As more information continued to roll out concerning free agency, Zach Parise shared that he and Ryan Suter had talked throughout last season about how great it would be if the two could someday play together.
On Wednesday, that day came.
Both signed 13-year, 98 million contracts with the Minnesota Wild, Parise's hometown team. Parise told media it didn't come down to payment, but instead the desire to play for the team he grew up watching and loving.
