By now, Eric Semborski has become a household name in Chicago.
The 23-year-old is famously known for serving as the Blackhawks' emergency goaltender on Dec. 3 against the Philadelphia Flyers after Corey Crawford underwent an emergency appendectomy.
As a thank you, the Blackhawks sent him a jersey, among other memorabilia, and even flew him out to see a game at the United Center, where he was recognized on the video board.

Shortly after, Topps revealed that it made a hockey card for his memorable day.
That's not all.
The Blackhawks asked professional artist David Gunnarsson, who's designed numerous amounts of masks for NHL goaltenders, to personalize one for Semborski as a special gift.
