As if the World Series championship wasn't enough fodder for Cubs fans in the heated National League Central rivalry, the Cardinals are now making fun of themselves.

The Cardinals accidentally trolled themselves on Twitter Tuesday morning when they sent out a spring training promotion.

In a sponsored post about fans able to enter a contest to potentially win a free trip to spring training, the Cardinals apparently used a baseball from the Cubs' 2016 season celebrating 100 years of baseball at Wrigley Field.

The Baseball's Best Fans Twitter account — which consistently roasts Cardinals fans — didn't stop the onslaught with just the one Tweet, following up with a jab about the hacking scandal that forced the Cards to give up two draft picks and $2 million:
