Report: T-Wolves to sign Roy

Per a report, the Bulls won't be signing free agent guard Brandon Roy:
Brandon Roy has come to a verbal agreement with Minnesota according to a person in Roy's family Jason Quick (@jwquick) July 6, 2012
TNT's David Aldridge is also reporting the deal, saying it's worth 10.4 million over two years.

The Bulls were reportedly one of five finalists to sign Roy, along with the T-Wolves, Mavericks, Pacers and Warriors.

Roy announced his retirement last December due to continuing issues with his knees. But he's since been rehabbing, and the 27-year-old apparently feels good enough to give the NBA another shot.

Over five seasons with Portland, Roy averaged 19 points per game. He was the No. 6 overall pick in the 2006 draft out of Washington.
