Well, that didn't last long.
As reports of a new contract agreement between Carlos Correa and the New York Mets hit the internet late Tuesday night, the All-Star shortstop seemed to confirm his previous Giants deal is off with the simple switch of a photo.

SIGN UP HERE Correa's Twitter header previously was a photo of San Francisco's Oracle Park. The 28-year-old immediately made the Giants stadium a feature of his Twitter profile after agreeing to a massive 13-year, $350 million contract with San Francisco on Dec. 14.
But just a week later, the Giants unexpectedly postponed Tuesday's press conference at Oracle Park that was expected to introduce their shortstop of the future. The Associated Press' Ronald Blum reported shortly after the announcement, citing a source, that the Giants delayed the presser after a "medical issue" was flagged during Correa's physical.
Just hours later, as many Giants fans went to sleep wondering if and when Correa actually would become a Giant, their fears were validated. The New York Post's Jon Heyman reported that Correa and the Mets have agreed to a similarly lucrative 12-year, $315 million contract instead.

Now, a photo of his smiling family greets visitors to his profile.

Just as he did after news of his Giants deal broke, it appears Correa has provided another clear message now that his San Francisco contract has fallen apart.
