It's cause for celebration for one fan at Wednesday's Giants game against the San Diego Padres at Oracle Park. 

No, it wasn't a ballpark proposal. Literally the opposite, actually. 

Max got to celebrate his big day with tens of thousands of fans in attendance for the Giants and Padres game.

What better way to move on from a divorce than to watch the best team in baseball battle it out against one of their division rivals? Maybe he'll run into a nice "Gamer Babe" along the way?

Let's just hope the outcome of the game is better than the outcome of Max's marriage.
