I'm done trying to figure out what Dave Gettleman might do. The Giants have been scouting Herbert, but he's gone. They need a tackle to protect Daniel Jones. But Simmons is one of the most versatile prospects in recent NFL history.

Matt Rhule added quarterback Teddy Bridgewater and receiver Robby Anderson to go with running back Christian McCaffrey on the offense. He could add another top receiver, but Brown can anchor the middle of the defensive line for a long, long time -- DJ

Trade: Atlanta Falcons send Nos. 16 and 47, plus a 2021 second-round pick to the Arizona Cardinals for No. 8

The Falcons are hunting to move up for one of the top defensive prospects. Brown, Simmons, Young and Okudah are off the board, but Henderson's stock is on the rise and the Falcons can fill a gaping hole at cornerback by adding the second-best cover corner in the class. 

In a division with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the New Orleans Saints, the Falcons need to make this move. -- JS

Position: OT

The Jaguars are in full tank mode and add an extra pick this year and next year. Tampa is in win-now mode and adds a polished tackle to protect Tom Brady for when he's passing to Rob Gronkowski (seriously).

Wirfs is 320 pounds and ran a 4.85 40-yard dash. The Iowa product is a great athlete who can be a star for a long time. He shouldn't need too much time to get used to the NFL game. -- DJ

The Broncos lust after Jeudy is well-documented and with the tackles sliding down the board, the Browns jump at the opportunity to bleed Denver for the right to move up.

Getting Drew Lock the most-polished receiver in the draft to pair with Courtland Sutton is a huge win for the Broncos and is a huge blow to the teams directly behind them in the draft. -- JS

The Jets should take Lamb or protect Sam Darnold with an offensive tackle, but these are the Jets. They reportedly love Ruggs and his 4.27 speed. This could spell trouble for the 49ers. -- DJ

Well, looky here. Mike Mayock reportedly "loves" Lamb and believes he's the best receiver in the class. With Ruggs and Jeudy off the board, the choice is easy for the Silver and Black.

Lamb is a YAC king with great hands, body control and game-breaking ability. Chuckie is smiling. -- JS

CeeDee Lamb, gone. Henry Ruggs, gone. Jerry Jeudy, gone. CJ Henderson, gone.

This comes down to Kinlaw, an offensive tackle like Mekhi Becton or Jedrick Wills, or trading back. We're going with Kinlaw, who already has shown a desire to join the Niners. Kinlaw is strong, versatile, fast and his best football is ahead of him.

Don't be surprised if the 49ers eye trading back here with Justin Jefferson as a target as well. --DJ

As already stated, the Jags are in full rebuild and they need to find an edge rusher to replace the disgruntled Yannick Ngakoue.

The Packers got the short end of the stick in the receiver hunt. But it's a deep class and moving down a few slots won't kill them as they still can add Michael Pittman Jr., Laviska Shenault or Chase Claypool.

As for the Lions, Matt Patricia's D-line now has Chase Young and Ross Blacklock. Pretty, pretty good. -- JS

Trade: Chargers send Nos. 37 and 114 to the 49ers for No. 31

Time to protect Tua. The Chargers signed Bryan Bulaga in the offseason, and Jones has experience on both sides of the line.

The 49ers also get into the second and fourth round of the draft after originally not being slated to select again until Round 5. -- DJ

By trading their No. 31 overall pick and adding Nos. 37 and 114, the 49ers now have one of the top picks in the second round. They already added Kinlaw, so here are several targets they could eye in Round 2.
