Getting your popcorn ready usually ends in disappointment.
So when first-class NBA troller Joel Embiid joined first-class smack talker Draymond Green on "The Draymond Green Podcast," it would have been understandable if they didn’t match their personas from on the court and social media.
Luckily, their one-of-a-kind personalities wittily threw down, most hilariously when the conversation turned to double-teaming Embiid and defending Steph Curry, leading to this epic Embiid burn (warning: NSFW language).

“You can make plays because you can’t shoot the basketball,” Embiid noted slyly.
To which, Green replied with a wry smile. “Hey man, I make every other play.”
“Leave me open down the stretch,” Green continued. “I’m going to can your ass.”

It was then Embiid’s turn to have a great answer. “But would I rather make Stephen Curry or you beat us,” he muses. “I’ll take you any single day.”
No matter whose side you were on in this great back-and-froth, it’s refreshing to have such awesome personalities across the NBA.
And the ultimate glue-guy Green can always point to the Warriors record this season: 28-6 with him in the lineup, 19-16 without him.
