Steve Kerr received some major praise from Dwyane Wade on Tuesday night. The future Hall of Fame guard believes the Warriors coach is one of the two best at his job in the past decade.
Wade named Kerr and the Miami Heat's Erik Spoelstra as the co-best head coaches of the decade. Wade obviously has a good argument, too.

Kerr's Warriors went an NBA-worst 15-50 in the shortened season this year, but that came with just five games from Steph Curry, none from an injured Klay Thompson and Kevin Durant now suiting up for the Brooklyn Nets. Before this season, however, Kerr did nothing but win.
Through his first five seasons coaching the Warriors, Kerr won 322 regular-season games and was the fastest to win 300 games in NBA history. He went to five straight NBA Finals -- winning three -- and broke the regular-season wins record with 73 in 2015-16. Kerr also was named Coach of the Year for that historic season.
No coach has started his career greater than Kerr.

Spoelstra deserves all the respect in the world as well. The 49-year-old worked his way up from the bottom to the top in Miami. He's a two-time NBA champion and has the Heat in championship contention again this season. Through 12 seasons as the Heat's head coach, Spoelstra has a 567-392 regular-season record and has won 127 playoff games.
It sure feels like Wade got this one right.
