Another day, another Kevin Durant free agency story.

This time, the details come from ESPN's Ian Begley, who covers the Knicks.

It's easier to find street parking in Manhattan than it is to find an NBA executive, player or coach who doesn't think Durant is going to sign with the Knicks in July.

Some of Durant's former teammates think it's going to happen, per ESPN sources. Several of his current teammates have told friends that they think it's going to happen, sources said. Opposing agents believe it's a fait accompli: "Just a matter of putting pen to paper," is how one agent of another top free agent in the 2019 free agent class put it.

When your own teammates believe you're moving on at season's end, it makes it that much harder to come together as a group at times, especially in the NBA playoffs.

We all know Durant and Draymond Green have had some issues this season, and as Warriors coach Steve Kerr said after the surprising Game 5 loss to the Clippers: “It’s been a year where things haven’t gone exactly smoothly all the time. I’m not surprised by anything.”

And you shouldn't be surprised by another story that's already looking ahead to July. You also shouldn't be surprised if the Warriors lock in Friday night, blow out the Clippers and advance to the next round.

It's been a bumpy ride this season, and it's probably going to get even bumpier.
