Usually, Steph Curry is the one looking away on one of his 3-point attempts before the ball goes through the hoop.

At Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on Sunday, several members of the Warriors bench stood up and celebrated before Curry's first-half 3-pointer went in against the Lakers.

Jordan Poole and Lester Quinones both stood up and turned around while holding up the 3-point hand gesture. Jonathan Kuminga stood up and walked forward with the same hand gesture.

They all knew Curry's shot was going in before he even released it.

Curry's 3-pointer capped a personal 8-0 run and cut the Warriors' deficit to one point.

In his first game since sustaining a lower left leg injury on Feb. 4, Curry got off to a slow start, going scoreless in nearly seven minutes of first-quarter action. But he scored all eight of his second-quarter points in a two-minute span.
