Steph Curry is so close to returning from injury that he has a week on the calendar circled.
The Warriors point guard will have his left hand re-evaluated March 1, and he hopes to play shortly after that.
When asked by ABC's Lisa Salters during Saturday's Warriors-Lakers game if he plans to return to the lineup sometime in early March, Curry had this to say.

"That's the plan," Curry said. "It's been the plan since the surgery, knowing the timeline with the injury, as severe as it was. So I'm not rushing, but I'm setting a goal that hopefully I can meet first week of March to get back on the floor and join my teammates, and hopefully end the season on a strong note."
Curry has played in just four games this season, and he broke his left hand Oct. 30 against the Phoenix Suns.
The Warriors are scheduled to play March 1, and with Curry's re-evaluation coming on that day, it's safe to assume he won't return against the Washington Wizards.
Golden State Warriors
Golden State travels to Denver for a game on Tuesday, March 3, and comes home for an NBA Finals rematch against the Toronto Raptors on Thursday, March 5. They close out the week with a game against the Philadelphia 76ers on Saturday, March 7.
