Warriors at Blazers watch guide: Lineups, injury report, player usage

Share

After five seasons of dominating the Trail Blazers, the Warriors have hit a few snags the past couple seasons and now face the possibility of falling for the fifth time in their last six games at Portland.

The teams split two games earlier this season, each winning on its home court, and will close the Portland portion of the series with a scheduled 7:10 tipoff Monday night at Moda Center. Pregame coverage on NBC Sports Bay Area begins at 6 p.m., with postgame coverage immediately after the national telecast.

Having snapped a 10-game losing streak with a win over the Magic on Saturday at Chase Center, the Warriors (10-34) will try to string together back-to-back wins for the first time since Dec. 28.

The Blazers (18-26), reeling from a disappointing first half, are trying to fight through a series of injuries and get back into playoff position. In their recovery effort, they’ve made two notable transactions, signing Carmelo Anthony in November and trading for Trevor Ariza over the weekend.

The Warriors from 2012 to 2017 won 16 of 20 against Portland but are only 3-5 in the last eight games against the Blazers.
