Warriors guard Jacob Evans left Tuesday's game against the Dallas Mavericks and was taken to a nearby hospital for testing after he was elbowed in the face in the second quarter.
Mavericks big man Dwight Powell's right elbow caught Evans in the face as Powell went up for an alley-oop. Evans needed assistance off the court and to the locker room.

Evans, 22, is in his second NBA season. The 2018 first-round pick entered the night averaging 4.7 points, 1.6 rebounds and 1.1 assists in a little over 15 minutes per game.
Warriors coach Steve Kerr did not offer an update after the game.
