Warriors point guard Steph Curry recorded 53 points on the night where he passed Wilt Chamberlain as the franchise’s all-time scoring leader. Curry made 10 3-pointers in Monday’s 116-107 win vs. the Nuggets.

Juan Toscano-Anderson did not play in the Warriors' games last week against the Milwaukee Bucks and Washington Wizards.

But he was back in the rotation in Golden State's wins over the Houston Rockets and Denver Nuggets on Saturday and Monday respectively.

"I love Juan," former Warriors forward Matt Barnes said Tuesday morning on 95.7 The Game's "The Morning Roast" show. "He and I have exchanged numbers, and we talk a few times a month. I just love what he does.

"He does the dirty work, he runs the floor, he plays defense, he backs up his teammates, he hits big 3s. That's all the stuff I used to do. I definitely can see similarities.

"Big fan of his journey and his success thus far. And I see a lot more success."

JTA recorded two points, five rebounds, three assists, one steal and one block in 24 minutes against the Nuggets.

He brings the energy as a fan favorite.

"This kid understands his role," Barnes added. "Most people are gonna be role players, and this kid understands what his role is. And that's the key to make it in this league.

"He's talented, he's long, he's strong, he has a lot of grit, his journey makes him appreciate every game and I think he's a great fit for this team."
