P.J. Tucker is a very solid defender.
He does a lot of things for the Rockets that Draymond Green does for the Warriors.
In the Western Conference Finals, he may receive the unenviable task of trying to slow down Kevin Durant.
When guarding the four-time scoring champion, is there something you have to do differently or more of compared to defending other stars?
"Ummmmmm...." Tucker said before pausing and then laughing out loud. "He's, I mean, maybe the best scorer in the league."
Tucker was then asked if you have to do your work early before Durant gets the ball.
"I don't know," Tucker said. "I don't think there's a right or wrong answer to that. You do what you can. You try to pick him up early, you try to get physical.
"He's gonna try to counter it with something. It's a chess match. You try to figure it out as the game's going on. Each game is different."
Well. Good luck Mr. Tucker...
