Bruins' Chris Wagner in sling after blocking shot in Game 3

The Bruins won Game 3 by a score of 2-1 on Tuesday night, but they lost Chris Wagner to injury.

Wagner, who scored the B's first goal of the night, blocked a shot off his arm in the third period before heading to the locker room.

Wagner was seen with a sling on his right arm after the game and is getting x-rays to figure out the severity of the injury. Bruins head coach Bruce Cassidy didn't issue an update on the 27-year-old, but indicated the news likely won't be encouraging.

Noel Acciari was cleared to play for Game 3, but was a healthy scratch. He'll likely take Wagner's spot on the fourth line assuming he misses time.

The Bruins will look to close out the series Thursday night in Carolina and advance to the Stanley Cup Final.
