Morning Skate: TSN thinks Bruins are bereft of trade targets

Here are all the links from around the hockey world, and what I’m reading while wanting no part of LeBron James in a Celtics uniform. Hard pass on that one.

-- Props to Anaheim Ducks goalie Ryan Miller, who took to Twitter to have some fun with Chrissy Teigen about how easy, or not so easy, it is to be an NHL goaltender.

-- TSN has put out its first NHL trade-bait board for the summer, and there aren’t any Bruins players anywhere near the list

-- Noted rabble-rouser Scott Hartnell doesn’t know what is in store for him in his NHL future, but it sounds like he’s at peace if his playing days are over.

-- These are ominous reports about the meeting between Auston Matthews and Leafs coach Mike Babcock, where it doesn’t sound like things went very well from the coach’s point of view.

-- Interesting piece from the New York Times, which examines why home-ice advantage isn’t such an overwhelmingly great thing in the NHL.

-- Fun behind-the-scenes piece from the NBC Sports folks about the Stanley Cup Finals and the Vegas Knight Line March, which makes things so unique for the Golden Knights on their home turf.

-- For something completely different: It’s really too bad that Star Wars actress Kelly Marie Tran is catching a lot of negative feedback on social media, which in turn has forced her to step away from her social media accounts. I’d be the first to say I didn’t really connect with her Rose character in the Last Jedi, but nobody deserves to be harangued on twitter or Instagram by abusively rabid fans.
