Brad Stevens encourages crowd to go nuts before putting Tacko Fall in for Celtics

The Boston Celtics defeated the Detroit Pistons on Friday night, but the real story was Tacko-mania taking over late in the fourth quarter.

The TD Garden crowd loudly chanted Tacko's name throughout the quarter, and Brad Stevens clearly loved the enthusiasm. Before putting the 7-foot-5 phenom in the game, the C's head coach acknowledged the crowd and encouraged fans to go nuts.

Incredible.

Tacko made the most of his four minutes, tallying five points to go with two rebounds and a block. While his numbers were pretty impressive, the most notable part of his appearance was the overwhelming love from Celtics fans, which simply cannot be measured.
