Brady named NFL MVP for third time

Share

Tom Brady will now look to capture a Super Bowl win and MVP during the same year for the first time.

Brady is now the only player over 40 besides Barry Bonds to win MVP in one of the major four sports.

Tom Brady received 40 votes, Todd Gurley 8 votes, and injured Carson Wentz had 2.

The Patriots quarterback has now won the most valuable player award three times: 2007, 2010, and 2018.

Tomorrow he'll look to win his sixth ring, and perhaps his 5th Super Bowl MVP award.
