Patriots 2020 draft picks: Updated list of selections after trade up for Josh Uche

The New England Patriots traded down in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft. After spending the second-round pick acquired in that swap on safety Kyle Dugger, they used the third-round pick acquired in that trade to move back up into the second round.

The Patriots swung a deal with the Baltimore Ravens to move up to the 60th pick. They acquired the 60th pick along with the 129th pick and sent the Ravens two third-round picks (Nos. 71 and 98).

The deal actually hasn't cost the Patriots anything in terms of draft capital. They're still set to have 13 total picks during the draft; they've just already made two of them. That means that the team will have more buying power as the draft goes on and they could try to trade some of their picks this year for future assets, especially considering that the team has nine picks on Day 3.

Here's a look at all the picks that the Patriots are still in possession of as the 2020 NFL Draft continues.

The Patriots are next set to be on the clock with the 87th overall pick. They've spent their first two picks on the defensive side of the ball and may want to focus on the offense with their next pick. They could stand to add talent at tight end, wide receiver, and quarterback.

We'll soon see what the Patriots elect to do, or if they try to move up again if they're worried a player they like may come off the board before the 87th pick.
