New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady finally surpassed the 1,000-yard rushing mark for his NFL career Sunday, checking off yet another milestone on his Hall of Fame résumé.

Brady, as he usually does after wins, posted a video to his Instagram account Monday, and he joked about the significance of the milestone and even fake retired... for about seven seconds. Check out the hilarious video below -- it even features music from Meek Mill feat. Drake.

And for a brief, brief moment the rest of the NFL thought Brady might finally be retiring.

He's very much not leaving. In fact, Brady and the Patriots, after their Week 13 win over the Minnesota Vikings, appear to be hitting their stride at the most important time of the season. It's a movie football fans in New England are quite familiar with.
