Watch Patriots return interceptions for touchdowns on consecutive drives vs. Dolphins

The Patriots defense has been absolutely incredible since Super Bowl LIII, and that's very bad news for the rest of the NFL.

New England's defense dominated the Miami Dolphins in its Week 2 matchup Sunday at Hard Rock Stadium, and the highlight of the defensive gem was a pair of interceptions returned for touchdowns in the fourth quarter.

Patriots cornerback Stephon Gilmore's got the party started with his first career pick-6. He perfectly timed a throw by Dolphins quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick and returned it 54 yards to increase his team's lead to 30-0.

Gilmore also forced an interception earlier in the game when he tipped a pass in coverage and Patriots safety Devin McCourty was able to come down with it for the turnover.

Not to be outdone, Patriots linebacker Jamie Collins got in on the fun during the very next drive with a pick-6 of his own. Collins brought the interception back 69 yards to put the Patriots up 37-0.

The Patriots defense wasn't atop any fantasy football rankings of the best defenses before the season, but they should be the new No. 1 after this stellar Week 2 performance.
