The Bruins will begin Round 1 of the 2018 NHL Playoffs on Thursday, April 12th at 7:00PM as they take on the Toronto Maple Leafs and NBC Sports Boston will provide comprehensive, unfiltered coverage surrounding the series on TV, online and via the network’s social media channels throughout the team’s Playoff run.
NBC Sports Boston’s Bruins coverage will be featured across all of the network’s daily programming, including 98.5 The Sports Hub’s Toucher & Rich (6-10AM) and Felger & Mazz (2-6PM), Arbella Early Edition (6-8PM), Boston Sports Tonight (9PM-Midnight) and Sports Sunday (8-9PM, Sundays). NBC Sports Boston will also provide 30-minute Bruins Postgame shows on game nights headlined by The Sports Hub’s Michael Felger, 17-year NHL veteran Tony Amonte, and U.S. Women’s Olympic Ice Hockey Team Captain and Gold Medalist Meghan Duggan. The three hockey experts will break down that night’s game, respond to Bruins fans reactions on Social Media, and preview upcoming games. NBC Sports Boston’s NHL Insider Joe Haggerty will be on-site providing in-arena reports from every Bruins game and the network will feature special Bruins-related guests throughout the post-season as well as NBC Sports’ hockey experts.
