Red Sox-Phillies highlights: Dalbec displays amazing power in doubleheader

The Boston Red Sox and Philadelphia Phillies played a doubleheader Tuesday and split the two games, but the real highlight from the day's action was the impressive play of Sox rookie Bobby Dalbec.

Dalbec has been on fire since making his MLB debut last week. The 25-year-old first baseman has unreal power, and he's put it on full display in the majors with five home runs in his first nine career games.

He mashed two home runs -- one in each game -- at Citizens Bank Park on Tuesday. According to Elias (h/t MLB.com's Ian Browne), Dalbec is the first Red Sox rookie to hit a home run in four consecutive games.

This Red Sox season has mostly been a disaster, but one positive for fans has been Dalbec's performance. He has a bright future ahead of him, and that's a great development for the rebuilding Red Sox.
