Alex Verdugo did his part to help the Boston Red Sox in their do-or-die Game 6 of the American League Championship Series vs. the Houston Astros.
The Red Sox left fielder came through with a sensational sliding catch in the second inning of Friday night's showdown, robbing Astros outfielder Chas McCormick of a base hit.

What a grab.
Boston's defense wasn't flawless to begin the game, however. Astros slugger Yordan Alvarez drilled an RBI double in the first inning that hit off the heel of Sox center fielder Kiké Hernandez's glove, giving Houston the early 1-0 lead.
