Austin Seferian-Jenkins seems thrilled to play with Tom Brady, predicts Super Bowl title

Austin Seferian-Jenkins hasn't made the playoffs once in a six-year NFL career spent with quarterbacks like Josh McCown and Blake Bortles.

So, needless to say he's pumped about joining Tom Brady and the New England Patriots.

The veteran tight end expressed his excitement Wednesday in an Instagram post after signing a one-year contract with New England.

Fans quickly flooded his Instagram with replies, and "ASJ" actually responded to a bunch of them. Here's his perfectly straightforward reason for signing with the Patriots:

And here's his apparent confidence that the Patriots will repeat as Super Bowl champions this season:

Seferian-Jenkins also acknowledged one of the most controversial plays of his career that actually happened against the Patriots: A 2017 touchdown for the New York Jets that was ruled a fumble and a touchback after review.

Seferian-Jenkins also doesn't seem daunted by trying to fill the void left by retired tight end Rob Gronkowski. When a fan predicted he'll be "breaking records" within a year, the 26-year-old responded, "You ain't f---ing lying."
