The Raiders raised some eyebrows earlier on Thursday night when, with the 19th overall pick, they took cornerback Damon Arnette out of Ohio State. The news came as a surprise to some, as Arnette wasn't considered a first-round prospect by too many of the NFL's talent evaluators. In fact, our own Adam Hoge had him going to the Bears at 43. People weren't impressed:

More importantly, you'll remember, the 19th overall pick was compensation for the Khalil Mack trade. Now that players are attached to those picks, it looks like the trade will end up being Khalil Mack for Josh Jacobs and Arnette (plus whoever Chicago picks at 50 tomorrow). Jacobs is good, but would you rather have an All-Pro pass rusher or a running back and 24-year old rookie corner? That's a rhetorical question, Bears fans. I know what you think.
