The Cubs were one of baseball's more active teams ahead of Monday's trade deadline, adding four players in a flurry of trades.
Outfielders José Martínez (Rays) and Cameron Maybin (Tigers), and relievers Josh Osich (Red Sox) and Andrew Chafin (Diamondbacks) are the newest players to rock Cubbie blue. While Chafin is on the injured list, the Cubs added the former three to the active roster and they will be available for Tuesday's game against Pittsburgh.
Jersey numbers are always a point of interest among fans, and the Cubs announced the newest players' digits on Tuesday:
Fans will get their first look at Martínez early Tuesday, as he's in the starting lineup, batting eighth and DH-ing against the Pirates.
