Sixers general manager Elton Brand announced Wednesday that the team has exercised the fourth-year options on Ben Simmons and Dario Saric's contracts, and the third-year option on Markelle Fultz's deal.

The team has decided not to exercise the third-year option on Furkan Korkmaz's contract, according to Kyle Neubeck of PhillyVoice. Playing time has been limited this season for Korkmaz, the No. 26 pick in the 2016 draft, and Keith Pompey of the Inquirer reports that he wants to be traded.

Per Spotrac, Simmons' fourth-year option is worth $8,113,930, Saric's option is for $3,481,986, and Fultz's option is for $9,745,200.

For Brand, picking up Simmons and Saric's options were no-brainer moves. Both players are bargains under their current deals.

While Fultz's name will inevitably continue to be floated around as a possible trade candidate, the Sixers are nowhere near giving up on their No. 1 pick in the 2017 draft, as this move further indicates.

For the Sixers, more difficult decisions will come down the line. Simmons and Saric will become restricted free agents in 2020. Fultz has another club option for the 2020-21 season ($12,288,697).
