Fletcher Cox was back on the practice field on Friday afternoon, but he is officially questionable for Sunday’s game against the Bengals.
Against the Rams, Cox suffered an oblique injury and was in some pain. Even though he was able to finish the game, Cox has been day to day since and missed practice on Wednesday and Thursday. Cox was a limited participant in Friday’s practice.
“It’s been day to day,” head coach Doug Pederson said on Friday morning. “He’s gonna try to get some work in today, see where he’s at physically to see if he can go. But we’ll see where he’s at, at the end of the day today. Tomorrow, obviously another work day and then make the decision on game day on him."

Early in Friday’s practice, Cox was working alone on pass rush moves. Typically, Friday’s practice is lighter than the ones that precede it. The Eagles will have a walkthrough on Saturday, the day before the game.
As far as other injury updates, Alshon Jeffery was at practice for the second straight day. That’s a good sign that there was not a setback after he returned to practice on Wednesday. But he won’t play on Sunday.
Two Eagles were missing from practice again on Friday: WR Jalen Reagor (thumb) and S Rudy Ford (groin). Neither will play on Sunday.
