Boy, does Bryce Harper know how to make an entrance.
Opening Day for the Phillies has finally arrived and meaningful baseball is about to be played in Philadelphia for the first time in nearly 10 months. Excitement is definitely in overdrive and there are still hours to go until that first Aaron Nola pitch of the season is thrown.
The hype officially began Friday afternoon upon the teams’ arrival to Citizens Bank Park. Someone who loves to make a strong impression on the first game of the season is Bryce Harper.
It’s hard to forget the iconic Pulp Fiction-inspired shirt with the Phanatic and Gritty that Harper wore walking into his first game as a Phillie. With the bar set unbelievably high, fashion-wise at least, there was no way Harper could top it kicking off Year 2, right?

Not to mention, once the game officially kicked off, he continued sharing his love for the Phanatic with a fresh pair of cleats ... and they're pretty cool.
After today, Harper has at least 11 more Opening Days as a Phillie and we cannot wait to see what fashion choices are in store for the future.
