Dunk contests across the country have churned out some impressive finishes during preseason events, and that was certainly the case at Division II Adams State just three days ago. According to Kelly Hillick, the young woman who filmed the above video and confirmed via email by Adams State SID Nik Schmidt, the dunker is Josh Kioh.
